We collect information you give us directly: your name, work email, phone number, company name and details about your space when you request a proposal, book a walkthrough or subscribe to our newsletter. When you visit our site we also collect standard technical data — browser type, pages visited and approximate location — through cookies and similar technologies, used only in aggregate to improve the site.

Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, invoicing and email platforms), each bound by confidentiality agreements; with insurers when required to process a claim; and with authorities when the law requires it. No other third parties receive your data.

Data security
Client records are stored on access-controlled systems with encryption at rest and in transit. Site access details — alarm codes, badge records, floor plans — are restricted to your named program manager and crew, and are destroyed within 30 days of contract end.

Data retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact. Client contract and audit records are kept for 7 years to meet insurance and tax obligations, then securely deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to any use of it — at any time, free of charge. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to opt out. Email privacy@claritas.co to exercise any of these.

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify active clients by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
